Hello and Welcome! 

My name is Ziaul Hoda and I have been working in the field of Capacity Building since 2002. 

I have been thinking to share my learning with the larger world as its been a number of years in the sector of Capacity Building. I started working in this sector since 2002 and have continued doing so. The services I offer are a list you can find in the services section. 

I am here to facilitate the processes you find difficulties in, to handhold and to guide you through your challenges and problems in the fields such as: Program/Project Management, Organizational Development, Participatory Approaches to Development, Group Formation and Management, Enterprise Development and Entrepreneurship, HR/Gender/Disability and other  Policies, Value Chain Development, Facilitate the process of Learning for Professionals by the use of several tools and methods of Capacity Building such as: Training/Workshops/Hand-Hold/Small Group Meetings etc.

Besides these my exposure to world of Monitoring & Evaluation gives me the opportunity to play the role of External Monitor or Evaluator.
