I have been serving the Development Sector since the year 2002. During this journey, working for esteemed organizations such as Association for Stimulating Know How (ASK) and Development Alternatives (DA Group) brought immenes exposure to several sectors and issues to me and these organizations have helped me become a person I am today. Leaders from these organizations still remain a source of inspiration for me. In all these years and till now I have got exposed to several actions. Advisor's Role: I have been facilitating all kinds of organizations in the development sector, from grass root implementing organizations to the funding agencies in order to help them take a decision to finalize the area of operation as per the need of the communities. This has been done by analysing the local context and comparing it with the state and country's context. I have in all these years helped many such organizations across the country to identify the actual need of their client group and design the programmes and projects as per the identified need. Facilitating Training and Workshops: I have facilitated Training Programmes and Workshops throughout the country for different kinds of organizations. I have led as many as 300 plus training programmes and workshops in almost all the states in India. My exposure includes on subjects such as: Training of Trainers, Organizational Development, Result Based Management, Human Resource Management, Advocacy and Networking, Social Audit, Right to Information. Gender and Development, Income Generation Activity, Participatory Development & Situational Assessment, Micro Planning, Problem Tree Analysis and Corporate Social Responsibility. Facilitating Studies and Researches: Led and facilitated several studies and researches during my stay in organizations like ASK and DA. Through them wroked on assignments of esteemed institutions such as: Asian Development Bank, International Labour Organization, JBIC and many such agencies on studeis and researches of different nature and types. Monitoring and Evaluation: I have also been responsible for leading Evaluations and Monitoring as External Monitor and Evaluator for several organizations in the country. |
